About Us

At a tender phase of life, founders Paula and Eric had to bid farewell to their lands, Ukraine and Moldova, respectively, as their parents took them to the U.S. with the hope for a brighter future. A brief stop in Paris gave them a craving for crêpes-a fusion of tastes, a little Ukranian blinis, a little French culinary tradition. Many years later, after having had successful careers in corporate America and setting up a tech company, their continuing yearning toward these foods spurred the birth of Crepini in 2007, all in an effort to introduce crêpes to the American kitchens.

Crepini created a stir in the fogy old crêpe world ever since Naked Crêpe was born, and later, gave the category a new face with their zero net carb, keto-friendly Egg Wraps. Now that it was growing, the positioning of Crepini had been widened under the stewardship of Paula and Eric's son Sam and his wife, Lisa, who saw to Crepini being stocked in upwards of 6000 retail locations.

By 2022, Crepini had been eyeing a strategic partner for their next phase of growth so one could make their strategic partner's gold of 2024 a reality: Cal-Maine Foods, North America's largest egg producer. Laid down well, Crepini's ready-to-eat food innovations and Cal-Maine's value-added egg products expertise would only spell expansion.

Today, Crepini has grown into a full line of products consisting of pancakes, wraps, crêpes, and ready-to-eat filled wraps.
